The price for a new motor of this type is three times the cost of buying this rebuilt one from lift parts warehouse. That alone is a compelling reason to go with this option, but when I saw that I would also get a 6-month warranty that can be extended to up to three years, I was sold. Once I received the motor (in just five days), I tested it on the assembly and realized that it was working better than my previous original part, and certainly much better than I would have expected from a rebuilt part. It really inspires trust when operating, featuring no clangs, bangs, dangs, or any other weird sounds and vibrations that made me replace the previous one.
