I entered my old address in the order placement form for this Raymond motor, so I then chatted with Milos explaining the mistake that I did. He was friendly and helpful, correcting my error right away and also asking me whether I would like to create an account so that the right address is saved and no other similar mistakes can be made in the future. I created an account with Milos guiding me on the step by step process through the chat, so I can now track my shipments, reorder parts based on the previous purchase history, and enjoy an even more complete customer service. All in all, an awesome buying experience, so this Raymond motor will be just the start for me.
