I ordered a wrong voltage motor by mistake, and then more than 24 hours passed until I realized my mistake so LPW had already shipped the wrong item to me. When I called them, they offered to take over the communications with the shipping agency, and they also didn’t charge me anything additional for the second shipment (of the correct part). The right order was sent on the same day that we discussed my mistake so that it could reach me as soon as possible. The least that I can say is a big thank you to your team, and write this review.
