Return and Warranty Policy


All Remanufactured Controllers come with a 6 month (unless otherwise stated).
All Remanufactured Battery Chargers come with a Six Month Warranty (unless otherwise stated).
All General Repairs not included in Lift Parts Warehouse remanufacturing program come with a 90 Day Warranty (unless otherwise stated).
ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) FROM OUR WARRANTY HOTLINE 1855-585-4430 OR WARRANTY MAY BE VOID. These returns are to be shipped prepaid to Lift Parts Warehouse.

1. Problem with Item - Call for a Return Authorization number (RA#).

2. Part not needed - Call for a Return Authorization number (RA#), Accept all returns within 30 days as long as the part is in brand new, unused condition. No restocking fee on all returns.

3. Part is defective - Call for a Return Authorization number (RA#). A Warranty RA# will be issued for parts purchased from Lift Parts Warehouse and ship date is one year or less except for rebuilt, used or repaired parts.

4. Part is defective, or no longer in Warranty - No RA# is necessary, just call Customer Service for Remanufacture information.

NOTICE

Lift Parts Warehouse warrants the repairs to this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials and operate with original specifications for a period of 6 months for aftermarket and 1 YEAR for OEM from the date of shipment (unless otherwise stated). The liability of Lift Parts Warehouse under the warranty is limited to replacing, repairing, or issuing credit, at their option, for any electric parts which are RETURNED BY PURCHASER during such periods, PROVIDED:
  • The PURCHASER contacts our Warranty Assistance Hotline 1855-585-4430 for an RA number to return the unit.
  • The defective unit(s) is returned to the Lift Parts Warehouse where the repairs were made, transportation prepaid.
  • Lift Parts Warehouse has determined that defects exist and have not been caused by misuse, improper installation, or alteration.
NOTE: A 25% restocking fee may apply to warranty returns, requesting full credit, if a unit is determined to be No Fault Found. A test fee may also apply to NFF units. If warranty is rejected or determined NFF (No Fault Found) by electrical testing, credit may no longer be valid, and return shipping, repair or replacement is at the expense of the customer.

Lift Parts Warehouse assumes no responsibility for consequential damages of any nature. The Customer will assume liability for the consequences of its use or misuse by their employees or others. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Warranty does not cover labor, rentals, or lost wages under any circumstances.
