I first bought this item from another vendor (also remanufactured) and had to send it back after it underperformed so it was obviously defective. Having no time to risk it, I tried another vendor and this was LPW. I told them about my experience and why I was in a hurry to receive something that really works and they explained to me that their remanufactured motors are selected after a special screening process, they are remanufactured according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, and finally they are tested extensively so there is no way to receive a defective product. The motor arrived and it worked even better than a brand new because they had implemented minor corrections made in later versions of the product that were incorporated in the remanufacturing process. Now that is what I call professionalism and expertise! Thank you, and here are your well earned five stars.
