International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
 

GENERAL RETURNS

All returns (whether for product defect or otherwise) must be requested within 30 days of invoice. Returned merchandise will ONLY be accepted with an issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and ONLY within 30 days from issuing the Return Authorization number.


List of non-returnable items once ordered:

  • Paints
  • Chemicals
  • Lubricants
  • LPG Tanks
  • Fire Extinguishers
  • Safety parts (seat belts)
  • Tires
  • Chains
  • Forks & Fork Extensions
  • Engines
  • Transmission
  • Axles / Steer and Drive
  • Side Shift Cylinder
  • Used parts
  • Special Order Products
  • Back ordered parts (non-cancelable, non-refundable)
  • International Orders

Special Case items:

Seal kits are non-returnable once opened.



All returns (except for returns involving a verified product defect or items that are special order, back ordered) are returnable within 30 days of invoice and are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.


All non-defective items must be returned in brand new condition, unused and uninstalled,
in original packaging, in salable condition, and originally purchased as service parts from Lift Parts warehouse. Credit will be denied for items that show any signs of installation.


Merchandise returned as defective will be thoroughly tested and inspected. For merchandise that is verified as defective, Lift Parts warehouse will either (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the merchandise at no charge, or issue a full credit for the defective merchandise, including freight.

Merchandise that is returned as defective, but that is determined to work properly, will be subject to a testing fee and the 25% restocking charge.

Credit will not be issued for merchandise damaged due to corrosive materials, abuse, alteration, or misuse.


Before returning any merchandise to Lift Parts warehouse, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from our Customer Service department. Call 1-855-585-4430 to get a return authorization number.


For all shipping disputes or any shipping related complaints, please make sure to contacts us within 60 days from the date of shipment. Carriers can only store tracking information for 60 to 90 days.




CORE CHARGES


Core credits will be voided if cores are not returned to Lift Parts warehouse within 30 days.

Cores may have deductions for the following reasons:

  • Core has been disassembled
  • Missing parts
  • Bad or unserviceable non-standard replacement components
  • Cores are not of the same configuration as remanufactured unit supplied


Cores must be returned in the same container that the remanufactured unit was shipped in or be subject to a $100.00 charge. Returned items must be returned to the specified address with freight prepaid.
