General Returns

All returns (whether for product defect or otherwise) must be requested within 30 days of invoice. Returned merchandise will ONLY be accepted with an issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and ONLY within 30 days from issuing the Return Authorization number.

Lift Parts Warehouse wants you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy for most of their parts. However, there are some exceptions and exclusions that you need to be aware of:

List of non-returnable items once ordered:

  • Tires

  • Back ordered parts (non-cancelable, non-refundable)

  • International Orders

Special Case items:

  • Seal kits are non-returnable once opened.

Steps to exchange or return a part from Lift Parts Warehouse

Here are the steps you need to follow to exchange or return a part:

  1. Contact us within 30 days. Fill the form with order details, reason, and requested resolution. Add notes and images.

  2. Get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. We'll guide return shipping.

  3. Repackage part securely with invoice and RMA. Ship back trackable and insured.

  4. We inspect and process the exchange/refund in 5-10 days once received. The replacement part ships quickly if exchanged.

Return & Exchange Policies

  • All returns (except for returns involving a verified product defect or items that are special orders or back-orders) are returnable within 30 days of invoice and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • All non-defective items must be returned in brand new condition, unused and uninstalled, in original packaging, in salable condition, and originally purchased as service parts from Lift Parts Warehouse. Credit will be denied for items that show any signs of installation.

  • Lift Parts Warehouse does not cover return shipping for warranty claims.

  • Merchandise returned as defective but determined to work properly will be subject to a testing fee and the 25% restocking charge.

  • Credit will not be issued for merchandise damaged due to corrosive materials, abuse, alteration, or misuse. 

  • Damage to the merchandise made during shipment must be reported on the same day or 48 hours after receiving the package from the shipping company. The receiver must save the original box and paperwork (packing slip, shipping label). If the receiver does not save the original box and paperwork, the damage claim will be automatically denied. 

  • Merchandise returned as defective will be thoroughly tested and inspected. For merchandise that is verified as defective, Lift Parts warehouse will either (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the merchandise at no charge or issue a full credit for the defective merchandise, including freight. 

  • If inspection of merchandise shows improper use or installation by a customer, credit will be denied. 

  • Before returning any merchandise to Lift Parts Warehouse, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from our Customer Service department. Call 1-855-585-4430 to get a return authorization number. If merchandise is not returned within 10 days after issuing a Return Authorization Number, the return request will be automatically denied. 

  • For all shipping disputes or any shipping-related complaints, please make sure to contact us within 30 days from the date of shipment. Carriers can only store tracking information for 30 days.

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping back your item(s). However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly unless it is a special item, such as controllers, that require a thorough inspection by an engineer/specialist. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process and approve your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for returning items from your order.

  • By purchasing products from our website, you agree to our Return Policy.

Shipping Terms
All stocked items that are ordered before 2:00 pm ET will be shipped on the same day, while back ordered items are shipped once they are in stock. Ground shipments are reaching their destination from 3 to 9 business days from the day of the shipment. If your order is $650 USD or more, it qualifies for our free shipping offer. Note that if you are outside US, you will need a freight forwarder for the order to reach your country, and you will be responsible for any additional export/import charges.

4. Ground COD orders will be charged above mentioned freight & handling charges plus COD fee if order value is below $99 and COD fee only if order value is above $99. All special COD orders will be charged at carrier rate plus COD fee.
5. GROUND BACKORDERS will be shipped freight prepaid using LiftPartsWarehouse.com choice of carrier.
6. Free freight for orders does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or International shipments

For customers using a freight forwarder, LiftPartsWarehouse.com will be excluded from any legal obligation once the freight forwarder signs for the receipt of the goods. For orders below a value of $2500.00 a document processing fee of $15.00 will be assessed. If LiftPartsWarehouse.com has a Third Party Transporter Authorization Form on file for the forwarder, this $15.00 fee will be waived. AIR FREIGHT CHARGES:
1. All air shipments will be charged freight at the carrier listed freight rate.
2. AIR BACK ORDERS shipments will be charged freight at the carrier listed freight rate. If customer wants backorder shipped ground, ground backorder policy applies.
***All international shipments will be charged based on standard UPS freight rates.***

1-day Delivery
If you are under an emergency and you urgently need your shipment, we can cover you. We offer 1-day delivery via air shipping at an additional cost.

Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel an order as long as it has not been processed and accepted, but considering our fast workflow you will have to do this very soon after the placement of the order. We accept returns that are requested within 30 days after Invoiced. As long as the item is unused, in brand-new condition, you can return it without any worry.

Disputes and shipping related concerns

Carriers can only store tracking information for 60 to 90 days. So please make sure to contact us within 60 days after shipment for all shipping disputes or shipping related complaints.

If the package is shipped expedited and if delay occurs due to bad weather conditions, Lift Parts Warehouse will not refund money for shipping since we cannot control weather and that is out of our control.
